Mentorship Moves Mountains
If you aren't familiar with Step Up yet, here's the TLDR: They guide girls, and those who identify with girlhood, to define and achieve their unique visions of success through structured mentorship, community support, and inspiring connections.
As Step Up CEO Delores Morton beautifully puts it, “Guiding girls to their success is not an individual endeavor — it takes a full community.”
We couldn't agree more.
Guiding and encouraging young women to step into their power isn't something anyone does alone. It takes mentors, role models, and a community that shows up for them. It's also something we've been doing for years, donating 1% of every purchase directly back to their organizatino.
The Ethos: "Walk In Like You Built It"
This capsule collection was designed around a central theme: "Walk In Like You Built It." It’s a gentle yet powerful reminder to take up space, step into every room with confidence, and own your journey.
To make giving back as simple and impactful as possible, 100% of net proceeds from every order placed through December 31 will go directly toward funding Step Up’s mentorship programs, something that our founder, Desiree Gaitan-Buchanan, is personally involved in herself.
That means every hat, pair of socks, and sweatshirt purchased helps mentor the next generation of female leaders.
