    • Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, but often sooner. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping times may vary, but we do our very best to get you your order as quickly as possible.

    • All items are issued tracking numbers and shipped USPS Priority mail, which usually takes 2-4 days to arrive. USPS Express Mail shipping is also available at an additional cost, and generally takes one day to arrive after the order has shipped.     • USPS Worldwide Expedited $15.00 flat rate | 5-10 Business Days

    • Unfortunately, we can not guarantee international shipping deliveries due to customs and duties of different countries. Please take a moment to understand your specific country’s international customs and duties guidelines with shipments coming from the United States.

  • Returns

    • We are happy to accept returned items in new condition with attached hang tags for a full refund. Items must be returned within 21 days upon receiving your shipment to receive a full refund. Gift Cards, POPLINEN PRE-LOVED clothing, Candles, Take Back Bags, and items marked FINAL SALE are always final sale. 

    • Please email frontdesk@poplinen.co with “RETURNS” in the subject line, along with your Order Number (#) to receive a Return Form and Return Shipping Label. Please note, we will deduct $7 from your refund to cover restocking/return shipping costs. We are not able to offer Return Labels for international orders at this time.

    • We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the original item for a full refund or store credit, and then place a new order for the correct item.

    • Returns are processed within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the package, but often sooner. We'll send you an email when your refund has been processed. If you choose not to use our Return Label, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
